I would like to know why a landlord would rent a house with no fenced yard in a neighborhood to people with eight large dogs? I have witnessed much bad treatment of animals in the area where I live over the years. But eight large dogs with no exercise or play time five of which are stuck in a makeshift pen sometimes barking all day. Others are allowed to use front porch as a bathroom. A year has passed and still no fence. Yes, Animal Control was notified especially when the penned up dogs escape and run all over, destroying property as they go. If these animals are not wanted, I am sure there are resources available for a home where they can be a welcome addition to a family.
