Donald Trump’s biggest fear is that he must face the wrath of voters this November. To intimidate and confuse voters, he has changed congressional districts, challenged mail-in voting, threatens to send ICE to polling locations and threatens local election officials.
He believes he is a king and envies the unchecked power of dictators. He wants the Save America Act to become law. This is not about fraud. Its purpose is to prevent millions of Americans from voting. He told House Republicans that they can only win if we don’t vote.
Remember who we are dealing with. Donald Trump lived his whole life bullying and intimidating people until they surrendered to him. He ignores judges’ orders and threatens the media and journalists with lawsuits. Just look what he has done to all Republicans in the House and Senate.
Colleges and universities, in most instances, have cowered to his demands. Major corporations have yielded to his wishes. His cabinet members won’t question his policies. Prestigious law firms offer him millions in free legal services to prevent losing government contracts. Titans of industry used to roar like lions now they whisper in corners praying they won’t be noticed.
In all instances he has threatened to destroy them either politically or financially.
If he can intimidate the most powerful people in the world, then average American voters must seem like easy targets.
Right now, we cannot rely on congress or the Supreme Court to stop him. The only sure way is to vote in record numbers. In-person early voting runs from Oct. 15-Oct. 31. Election day is Nov. 3.
