On Feb. 28, 2026, the Iran/U.S. war starts.
Trump’s stated goals:
- Force a regime change
- End Iran’s nuclear program and prevent an attack on U.S.
- Bring peace and stability to the Middle East
- Remove all uranium from Iran
April 7, 2026, a ceasefire is announced.
These are the accomplishments:
- There was no regime change and there was no credible evidence Iran had a nuclear weapon
- Complete chaos in Middle East. Thousands of civilian Iranians die
- 13 American soldiers die and hundreds more are injured
- The U.S. gives up on its quest to remove uranium from Iran
- Iran closed the Strait of Hormuz and stopped free oil shipments. The American and world economies take a bit hit.
- American gas prices soar to over $4 a gallon
- Trump threatens to end the Iranian civilization unless the strait is opened
- Iran continues complete control of the strait and announces a $2-million toll for any ship that passes through Hormuz
- Russian sanctions are lifted by the U.S.
So again, I ask, war what is it good for? Absolutely nothing!
