CHINA GROVE — The Historic Neely School Foundation is announced an upcoming open house, taking place on Saturday, April 25, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at its namesake’s campus.
The community is invited to visit the historic 1-room school site to learn more about its legacy as well as bringing new school supplies to benefit local elementary schools. This event honors the foundation’s mission to preserve and inform the community about African-American history.

There is no admission fee and this event is open to all ages. The school is located at 225 Neelytown Road, China Grove.
