SALISBURY — One person is in the hospital after a shooting in Salisbury on Saturday night.
The shooting occurred just before midnight in the 1200 block of Butler Street, just off of Long Street, confirmed a spokesperson with the Salisbury Police Department.
One person was reportedly injured in the shooting and treated on scene before being transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, said the spokesperson.
Salisbury police are continuing to investigate the incident, confirmed the spokesperson, and nobody has been arrested in relation to the shooting. The incident does not appear to have been a random act.
