SALISBURY — Two motorists were transported from the scene of a West Innes Street automobile crash to received medical attention on Tuesday.
According to personnel who were at the site of the wreck in the 2600 block of West Innes Street in Salisbury, the two occupants of a van involved in the crash required transportation to a nearly local medical facility for treatment of “minor injuries.”
The crash reportedly occurred just before 10:39 a.m. Responding emergency vehicles and personnel forced the road to be closed until a wrecker service could clear the way for other automobiles. The other vehicle involved in the crash was an El Camino. The driver was still on site and did not reportedly require medical attention.
The cause of the wreck was not readily available at the scene.
