LANDIS — West Davidson scored in the seventh inning and won 2-1 at South Rowan in non-conference softball on Tuesday.
Meghan Leonard drove in both runs for the Green Dragons (3-1). Natalie Wilson scored both.
Hannah Rollins struck out 10 Raiders.
Avery Fisher had a double for South (4-1). Nora Wheeler, Danica Krieg, Remi Hagerty and Mary Okula also had hits. Krieg scored South’s run in the second inning. Leisha Carter had the RBI.
Hagerty pitched for the Raiders. She allowed six hits and four walks and struck out three.
