- Possession of marijuana, possession of a firearm and possession of drug paraphernalia occurred at Wright Road at 1:13 a.m. on Dec. 7.
- Possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a dangerous drug occurred at Jake Alexander Boulevard South at 1:43 a.m. on Dec. 7.
- Vandalism occurred at Grandeur Drive between 8:30 p.m. on Dec. 6 and 8:30 a.m. on Dec. 7.
- An assault occurred at Mahaffey Drive at 12:27 p.m. on Dec. 7.
- Fraud by false pretenses occurred at East Innes Street between 8 a.m. on Nov. 14 and 8 a.m. on Dec. 5. It was reported on Dec. 7.
- An assault with a knife occurred at Northdale Avenue at 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 19. It was reported on Dec. 7.
- Christy Michelle Parciael, 44, was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance on the premises of a penal institution on Dec. 7.

- Fraud occurred in the 200 block of Craver Avenue at 8 a.m. on Nov. 30. It was reported on Dec. 8. The total estimated loss was $3,000.
- A stolen vehicle was recovered in the 600 block of Brenner Avenue at 10:49 a.m. on Dec. 8.
- A larceny from a motor vehicle occurred in the 1100 block of South Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue between 12:03 p.m. and 1:14 p.m. on Dec. 8. The total estimated loss was $300.
- Shoplifting occurred in the 1600 block of West Innes Street at 2:11 p.m. on Dec. 8. The total estimated loss was $9.
- Communicating threats occurred in the 800 block of North Craige Street between 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. on Dec. 8.
- A theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 300 block of Ashbrook Road between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Dec. 8.
- A hit and run causing miscellaneous property damage occurred in the 300 block of South Main Street between 5 p.m. on Dec. 7 and 11 a.m. on Dec. 8.
- Shoplifting occurred in the 2100 block of Statesville Boulevard at 4:15 p.m. on Dec. 8. The total estimated loss was $75.
- Shoplifting occurred in the 2100 block of Statesville Boulevard at 7:10 p.m. on Dec. 8. The total estimated loss was $115.
- Shoplifting occurred in the 2200 block of Statesville Boulevard at 8:50 p.m. on Dec. 8. The total estimated loss was $7.
