- A larceny from a motor vehicle occurred in the 1100 block of Laurel Street between 2 a.m. and 10:55 a.m. on Jan. 30. The total estimated loss was $15.
- Shoplifting occurred in the 1500 block of Jake Alexander Boulevard South at 11:26 a.m. on Jan. 30. The total estimated loss was $17.
- An assault occurred in the 1500 block of Bringle Ferry Road between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. on Jan. 29. It was reported on Jan. 30.
- A theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 1400 block of West Innes Street between 11:17 p.m. on Jan. 27 and 5:30 a.m. on Jan. 30.
- A theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 1200 block of Peeler Road at 12:51 a.m. on Jan. 31.
- Shoplifting occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 4:15 p.m. on Jan. 31. The total estimated loss was $61.
- Trespassing occurred in the 500 block of East Innes Street at 11:35 a.m. on Feb. 1.
- Shoplifting occurred in the 300 block if South Arlington Street at 10:45 a.m. on Feb. 2. The total estimated loss was $56.
- A theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 1300 block of Larchmont Place between 10 p.m. on Feb. 1 and 10 a.m. on Feb. 2.
- Shoplifting occurred in the 100 block of Mahaley Avenue at 3:30 p.m. on Feb. 2. The total estimated loss was $13.
- Julia Elizabeth Clawson, 35, was charged with felony abuse and neglect of a patient on Feb. 3.

- Fraud occurred at Brison Road, Woodleaf between 9:14 a.m. on Jan. 17 and 9:14 a.m. on Jan. 29.
- Credit card fraud occurred at Pop Stirewalt Road, Salisbury between noon on Jan. 23 and 3 p.m. on Jan. 28. It was reported on Jan. 29.
- Vandalism occurred at Kress Venture Drive, China Grove at 2:37 p.m. on Jan. 29.
- A larceny from a motor vehicle occurred at Amberlight Circle, Salisbury at 11:54 p.m. on Jan. 28. It was reported on Jan. 29.
- Possession of a dangerous drug and possession of drug paraphernalia occurred at the intersection of U.S. Highway 52 and Anthony Road, Salisbury at 11:04 p.m. on Jan. 29. It was reported on Jan. 30.
- A worthless check was used at Harrison Road, Salisbury between 8:39 a.m. on Dec. 12, 2025 and 8:01 a.m. on Dec. 18, 2025. It was reported on Jan. 30, 2026.

- Fraud occurred at Holland Oaks Drive, China Grove between noon on May 1, 2024 and 3 p.m. on Jan. 30, 2026.
- Vandalism occurred at Red Road, Rockwell at 7:40 p.m. on Jan. 30.
- An assault with a knife occurred at Airport Road, Salisbury between 7 p.m. and 7:47 p.m. on Jan. 31.
- A crash involving a county-owned vehicle occurred at the intersection of Arlington Street and East Innes Street, Salisbury at 7:47 p.m. on Jan. 31.
- David Lee Winecoff, 37, was charged with felony possession of a stolen vehicle, eight counts of felony breaking and entering a building, eight counts felony larceny after breaking and entering, felony breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and three counts of felony breaking and entering of a motor vehicle with theft on Jan. 29.
- Jermel Lamont Crawford, 36, was charged with felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute and felony possession of a schedule I controlled substance with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute on Jan. 29.
- Justin Taylor Moss, 36, was charged with felony breaking and entering and felony larceny after breaking and entering on Jan. 29.
- Vittalio Novello, 42, was charged with felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute and felony possession of a schedule I controlled substance with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute on Jan. 29.
- John Thomas Leach, 39, was charged with felony assault by strangulation on Feb. 1.
