CONCORD — Salisbury’s 1-5 start to this season is in the rear-view mirror.
The Hornet girls now own a four-game winning streak after battering Concord 58-19 on Tuesday.
Salisbury (5-5, 4-1) continues to climb in the South Piedmont Conference standings and is tied for second.
Gabby Fatovic scored a season-high 15 points and also had 10 rebounds, probably a career high, for the Hornets. Keaira Spruill had 12 points, nine rebounds and five blocks. Harper Haines scored a season-high six, and Dazmin Ambers had six.
Nine girls scored for the Hornets, who will try to stay on a roll against East Rowan on Friday.
The Spiders (0-13, 0-5) will play Robinson on Friday,
