MOUNT ULLA – West Rowan swept Salisbury on Thursday in South Piedmont Conference volleyball.
Lydia Wilson had 14 kills for the Falcons in a 25-9, 25-14 and 25-7 breeze. Maddie Sides had 10 kills.
Ava Baxter had eight aces, while Wilson had four.
Wilson had nine digs.
Brinley Hitt had 23 assists for the Falcons (4-5, 4-2).
Salisbury has won three non-conference matches, but hasn’t won in the SPC yet.

GRANITE QUARRY — East Rowan swept Concord on Thursday in SPC volleyball.
The Mustangs (8-9, 4-2) won 25-7, 25-19 and 25-23 and are tied for third with West Rowan.
Leigan Lusk had 14 kills and four blocks for the Mustangs.
Allli Corl had 13 kills, 12 digs and five aces.
Jordan Dry had 13 digs.
Jacee Eudy had 33 assists.
East plays at Lake Norman on Monday and at West Rowan on Tuesday.

Carson (15-2, 6-0) won 3-1 at South Rowan on Thursday to stay unbeaten in the SPC.
It was the first league loss for the Raiders (9-4, 5-1).
